hi there i have an aerox and the front pulley comes loose when i dont tighten it hard, but it is fast, and when i tighten it it doesnt come loose but goes to slow, takes forever to reach 20 never mind 30. its also squeezing the belt when to tight the reason for the two slow and its fraying the belt due to to tight but anything under the bolt comes undone

Sorry but had to quote that for later Laughing

First thing to solve this, sell the bike to someone who will care for it / maintain it / not fuck around with it, you obviously dont deserve it! Why are you playing around with it? That nut on the crankshaft should be done up FT, not played around with to make it go faster.

it will come loose and eventually come off and screw up your gears.

It should be fu** off tight, the restriction washer should be remove. In this case if its taking forever to get speed then you have the wrong sodding roller weights!

look after your bike and it will look after you, if you don't know what your doing then get a haynes manual or take it to the garage.
