Dont do it Hand. Ride it, and when your 17 get a 125 2t for the same money you sell the Senda for. No point tuning them fairly highly sprung 50's. Leave it alone. Save your money!

The best 'Tuning' you can do to a 50 2T is feed it good oil, keep it well maintained, exhaust decoked, plugs clean, battery charged, chain and sprockets in good nick and oiled, and of course weigh as little as possible!

Don't bother with any modifications, they're designed to create as much power as they can while staying reliable.

Just spend your time looking after it and aging.

It's not if its too big/small, its if its STANDARD.

The bike is designed to run with whatever it left the factory with, however if it has a race can on its best to upjet it to return the power lost by adding the race can/pipe, which means it uses more fuel/oil, making it less efficient.

Change the transmission oil, get a new plug, new air filter, clean the carb and fit standard needle, decoke the exhaust too.

Try and find out if/when its had a rebuild too, as they get closer to needing one the power starts to drop off.

Is the plug particularly black/white when you take it out? That will tell you if the needle is too small.

Then thats probably the reason, the bike will be running way too lean, the plug should be quite white then.

While fitting the new Jet you might find the carb's got some crap in too, clean it using some petrol, let it dry overnight and put it all back together.

Grey/White means its running lean.

In theory yes, engines being starved for fuel, so its not making as much power as it could.

Your lucky it hasn't holed a piston then, as that is too lean. Forget speed as it will end up with you needing a top end rebuild. Get the jetting right, bide your time and as said when 17 get a motorbike.
