jackets for tall people

Does anyone make jackets in tall sizes? Generally,size L fits me around the chest but is a couple of inches too short. XXL is about the right length but is like wearing a tent.

I like the shorter race style jackets (is there a name for the two different types?)

The longest leather jacket i found was the RST Touring.

I've got one and its pretty good, all the other styles seemed to be really short, apparently its because they are meant to zip into the matching bottoms. That could just be the sales guy trying to make more money from me though!

I've never managed to find a leather jacket that's long enough (6' 4", but "regular" legs and a long back). I'm currently using a Bering touring goretex jacket thats too long if anything (probably why it was half price ).

I expect I'll end up having one made by one of the custom leather places if I ever really feel the need.

I think they're not just short to attach to the trousers, but also because they wouldn't bend well over your stomach in a racing crouch.

I'm the same, i've found it a sod trying to get jackets long enough. I have to get enduro jackets.

I'm 6' 5" ans i've always found Hein Geriche good fitting for me, only had 2 textile jackets and both from them with a good fit (arms and length). Leathers for the rest

I'm 6'4" and have the same problem with most clothes, tbh. To fit in the arms it needs to be an XL but to fit around the chest an L and to fit my slender stomach an M.. I usually end up with the right length sleeves and enough room inside the body for a small family of urban foxes.

They seem happy enough though.
