evening

two years ago. a good friend of mine died on his bike, god rest his soul. and since then his bike has laid in his sisters garage for that time after been given it back.

she needs to get rid of it. but has asked me to atleast make it working and presentable.

it was a cat D i believe which was written off cosmetically.

the front calipers were removed by the police investigation people. (the cause of accident)

as you can imagen this is a hard time for her, having to deal with the machine that was responsible for her brothers death. and so is leaving me to get on with i quietly.

all im requiring is a link to an online parts list. so i can go about pricing up panels and what not.

a 2007 suzuki SV650 (with bikini faring)

the least we are trying to achieve is a running presentable bike for a sale. the sooner its delt with the sooner she can get on.

so any help will be muchly appreciated.

Best bet would be ebay or maybe a dedicated suzuki forum? Buying OEM new parts wouldn't be worth it.

Wemoto?

Good for alot of things.

Also, when trying to sell a bike (especially a CAT D) saying "Brand New Calipers" in the ad will be a big big plus.

Try asking about on the forums at sv650.org

https://forums.sv650.org/

They're a helpful bunch and there always seems to be people breaking bikes. They'll most likely have any info you need to get it sorted
