advice on a bike shelter needed

i live in an upstair flat on a "chatsworth estate" yes the one i live on is a full on chavv filled shite hole but here im stuck its all i can afford :/
im currently keeping the bike with no cover (it was makeing rust worse )
i cant get permission for a shed so i need advice on what the best cheap shelter for the bike would be ??

i got a bike barn off ebay they are £80 but it now but i got one for£62 on one of the auctions.
