need a bit of help please

okies ive got a hyosung gt125r
it had been battered a bit i sorted out all the main stuff
it starts and ticks over bit high at first then its fine
but as soon as i touch the throttle it cuts out
any ideas

Back to problem at hand.
Blocked air filter?
Blucked fuel filter?
Blocked fuel line?
Blocked fuel tap?
Dirty carb?
I'd check these.
I'd also look for leaks in the intake manifold
