Where would you say the best place is to sell a racing bike?

I have it on racebikerides.com and pistonheads.com at the mo.
It's an Ex Karl Mugerage Race Bike (CBR 600 steel Frame FW) (1998)
New forks fitted by Casey Stoner's technician.
185MPH+

Extra's include, Trailer, Tyre warmers, Spare Engine, Spockets, Plastic fairing, Petrol generator, WOW wheels, and more.

The bike has Dymag wheels, ohlins suspension, modifed air box, full Micron race system, HRC ECU ECT.

I'm selling for the lad that rides it, he also races a 1000 fireblade.
He's not to good with computers.
Just writing what he told me to right.
I thought it was a bit fast my self to be honest.

Dymag wheels, Full Micron, modified airbox, race spec engine, ohlin suspension, HRC ECU, spockets ECT.
Not that clued up on mechanics but his mechanic tells him it has HRC gearbox, head skimmed and gasflowed, modified magnito, Different valves and con rods ECT.
It's an ex Karl Muggeridge.
Casey stoner's technician has done work on it, can't see him touching a bag of !!!!!!

Rather than posting a top speed ... I suggest you post a recent Dyno readout showing rear wheel hp and the system it was tasted on.

Race bikes sell on dyno readings NOT made up top speed figures ....

I'd say if it has >=115bhp at the wheel (RWHP), then it is a pretty 'strong' steelie! Thumbs Up

.. if it has <100RWHP then it is in a very mild state of tune, standard or 'hanging' Wink

There is only one other thing that people need to know about a race bike .. and that is the last time it received an engine 'refresh' ... if this was >10hrs ago, then it needs another one!
