If we ever did have eugenics, the people in charge of it would be the clever people, so this would mean lisa tarbuck would still be allowed to have babies as she is clever, but 'banned' would probably look to the people in charge like someone you wouldn't want to have kids.

What you actually want is a rule of only pretty women on tv. Now that's actually quite achievable and is usually the case.

Someone who uses the phrase "a far of moon much sonner" and advocates eugenics is a bit like a turkey who thinks xmas is a good idea.
