Is the powervalve actualy operating and correctly adjusted?

You can take the exhaust off and observe the valve trough the exhaust port.

The silencer can be changed for a non baffled type and the airbox snorkle can be removed for a bit more kick, you will need to keep an eye on the fuel mix by doing plug chops as you might need to rejet.

I like to use the silencer fom rs125 aprilia as they are road legal and straight through without being offensivly loud. you just cut the origional off and get a bolt on flange welded on,

if it makes a noise that means the pv is doing a cleaning cycle but to get the best out of your bike you need to earth the cdi so it revs freely above somthing like 10,000rpm once youve done that you should notice a diffrence in the power gain and like pawny said if you change the pipe it makes a huge diffrence i run a dep pipe and i love it i also removed the snorkel but rember dont go riding in big puddles other wise you will f**k your bike i also up jetted to a 250 sized jet wich made the throttle response awsome stock gearing....theres a website with all the info you need but i cant rember the name of it :/........ Alot of people on here will say dont do it cause you might fuck your bike or because you will void your insurance but at the end of the day its your bike so do what you like with it....ps sorry about the lack of punctuation but its 4:56 am oh good luck and have fun getting 82mph or more out of it!
