No idea about their training but my mate bought a new bike from them and once they had his money they wouldn't give him the time of day. The bike was supplied new but with no service book and the clocks reading in KM/h. I had to do the clocks for him as they told him they didn't know how and I don't think they ever did produce the book.

They'll never take any of my money.

My Mrs did her CBT there, and they were utter wankers to her.
Wouldn't bother.

Nope, they effectively told her to fuck off. She then* went for her CBT at some place in near Lea Valley, and passed without a problem.

Avoid the servicing at metropolis. I've got a good mate that works in the clothing and accessories who should be able to sort you out... Ask for Clinton (tall black guy) and if you do meet him, say that Titot told you to ask for him. He's sorted me out on mates rates several times, so he might be able to throw in something (like say, in my case a Baglux tankbag with my shoei which was already heavily discounted!)

Other than that, Clinton himself said that he probably wouldn't bung his bike into their service centre! You'd only have to go onto london bikers to see the rap that they get!

Mate, you may want to remove your post, as it could get your mate into trouble with his bosses.

Website's a tad eye-grating, but this guy Kenny is absolutely stellar.

He's gotten myself and two other accidents-waiting-to-happen friends of mine past their tests.
