My waterproofs worked fantastic I was completely dry but my gloves got that wet the gravitational pull of the moon was creating a tide on them.
Later on coming back the wind nearly took me off the motorway a few times and since the road was wet grip aint so good, really exciting  ))

Im yet to find a waterproof over suit for my leathers that don't leak like a cheap tent at the crotch. That looks like the weather i had on the A9 was safer to be in front as behind any cars the spray was making visibility very bad.
