Hyosung GT650r restoration and tart up.

Not sure really where to start with this so i'll give it my best shot.

In it's current state, it is a rolling chassis, but due to lack of funds, i'm mainly tarting around cleaning bits up, until I get my engine back.

How it started out 2 1/2 years ago:

Bought it out the showroom at 1year old, for £2,700 with 2 years warranty.

I then had an altercation with a ditch and a hedge at about 90mph, a few months later.

It was rebuilt back to standard, and riden through the winters we had.

After that things started to go down hill, problems with money and such, turned it from that into this, in July last year.

When I found out I was loosing my license things with the bike just went down hill, and I gave up on it. I eventually killed it by riding all the way to Scarborough and back with no oil in it.

So the strip down began after destroying the crank bearings.

The current update is last night me and Pernig accidently fixed my back brake.

After hours of failed bleeding, we went to she shop for a break, came back and tried again. We had left the bleed nipple open and the master cylinder banjo undone.

Some how it worked.

Next thing to tackle is the wiring loom and finding how much my mate has taken off it to fix his SV.

I am thinking of going all black with it, but getting some Fischer panels for it then keeping the originals in the loft.

What is the build quality like on them warped? has it corroded much in the winters you've used, bolts snapping/other signs of cheese metal?
