hi all, im a new guy to this forum, iv got an 04 Plate liquid cooled black Aerox...and i would love to know where i can get hold of certain screws and bolts because the dick that took my engine apart lost most of them.
I have now put her back together to find i now need...seats bolts, all of them, basically a whole set of panel screws and clips, but they can be sourced easily, and a few bolts for the carb and airbox.. can anyone be of any help? because im stuck, and cant find anywhere that sell them ... thanks for any input Smile

Also.. is there anywhere i can buy a std 50cc complete cylinder head/kit for around 50quid? im not payin 90 when i can go 70cc for that pricee..lol

Just go to B&Q and buy some right sized bolts, then cut them down to length with a hacksaw.

If you buy the proper bolts from Yamaha you'll pay out the arse big time.

Just in case you are 16 and on a CBT if you install a 70cc kit on your Aerox it will invalidate your license and insurance. If you are 17 it's no problem just a waste of money. Wink.

Yamaha can sell you the exact parts but as previously stated you will pay through the nose for 'em. You're better off measuring the bolts required or even taking them to B&Q or similar and getting ones there as they are the same just cheaper.

Personally? I always buy from the manufacturer for these things but that's just personal choice as some bolts picked out of a rack from a local greasemonkey shop could have been in a warehouse for years or returned or somehow fatigued which would be disastrous.

Hope you find what you need and welcome to the forum Matt. Thumbs Up!
