Who's making this 'kit' ?
What bike is it for?
How much use will it get?

I'd buy 10 to be on the safe side. Razz

thought you meant gear for a 1st time biker when i read the thread title. really need to supply more info in your OP Wink

but anyway. looks like its just the oxford first time stuff which is pretty good. i have a set of the panniers on my fireblade that i took all over scotland. they were great but i found a little water came in at the bottom (the storm covers only cover the top and sides) so be sure to put all clothes plastic bags.

i was in pouring rain for like 250+ miles and only one got a little damp at the bottom so overall id rate them quite highly Smile

ghostbikes are a great seller too. any problems, they'll sort you out no probs.

no idea if there any good, but certainly look like a good gamble at that price.
you can be the guinea pig? & let us all know how you got on..
works out a 20 quid each, seems like a bargain, especially as they have quite a decent capacity..
cheers,
GAZ

I have the tank bag and its pretty good... the strap came off on it and we contacted oxford who have told us to send it back and they'll send a new one...

one thing to be careful of tho is if the tankbag has side pockets dont use them for your disc lock... the pocket on mine has rubbed the tank and it needs a respray now Sad not really the bags fault tho!
