Anybody on here used the chinese fairing on ebay?
I could do with new rear panels for the cbr, all the lugs are broken off i have to tape them on lol. The front panels are a bit dodgy too, not the tidiest of paint jobs.
So i'm thinking of getting an unpainted set, possibly just rears now until i have more money.

So what's the bcf massive recon to them? waste of money or not? ____________________ Current Bike- Suzuki DRZ400 SM K6

First of all MotoCC.co.uk are Chinese fairings! They are just a UK based company that import them for you, hence the extra £100+
I had a set of Chinese fairings on my SP1. £280 delivered for the whole kit. Took some slight adjustment but overall very happy with the fit and finish considering the price. Not as good as original equipment but much cheaper!

Had them on the bike for 9 months before I sold it and still looked like new! ____________________ My bikes are at https://www.bikepics.com/members/dynamight/ |

What adjustments did you make? And is it a cover on the tank, or was is sprayed to match the fairings? ____________________ Current Bike- Suzuki DRZ400 SM K6

I got my set about 8 months ago, was more than happy with the fitment and finish, the only thing you may have to do is clean the exess paint out from the holes so the bolt's go in easier, all the holes and lugs were in exactly the right place and i didn't have to drill anything, just used a small round file for the exess paint. The material is just as flexible as the standard ones. On the 600rr you have to really prize the seat unit apart to make it slot over the subframe and it coped with this without a problem.
I was worried about the import charges when i got mine even though i read countless reports of not being charged for it. not sure what the success rate is but i've not heard of anyone getting stung yet. They usually mark the box as gift which seems to work.
