DIY tool board... found a bit of board in the garage, dug out hooks/screws and got going... cost - £0. Very Happy

Also spied a nice big thick bit left over from what looks like a kitchen installation or something. Could make a very nice workbench if I could source some table legs.

Mine are in a three draw Snap on top box, under the stairs, an ankle slicer concertina box on the kitchen floor, a folt top tool box I had to make in met fab as part of my engineering degree, a plastic stanley fisking tackle box, variouse (usually half filled) cases they come in, and lots of bludy take away boxes on the kitchen side where SNOWIE DUMPS THEM!
Bugger the DIY Tool-Board in the garage..... show me how to make a GARAGE in an afternoon Laughing
Got some sectional slabs leaned against the back of the house.... unfortunately the pillars they slot into are all rotten, and the metal A frames that are supposed to go between them are rust, mangled and twisted Twisted Evil

I have a couple of DIY toolboards in the garage too. They started life as a computer desk IIRC. But no-where near as organised as that Thumbs Up

I really need a roll cab, or a set of tool drawers Wink

Cheers for the comments. For me it's all about doing things as cheaply/free as possible. Hence the 2 pieces of wood to the right that came from a single bed base - used for wheel alignment!

The bricks are wonky compared to the board...

(ok, I did it by eye, was too lazy to get the spirit level out).

Countersinking is a piece of piss - just use a big HSS bit gently on the hole. Can't stand those screw heads sticking out personally.

Those crowfeet spanners are awesome, cost a tenner or something on eBay and I use them all over the place, notably the tappet caps on the engine when doing valve clearances. Very handy with the torque wrench. You'd be suprised at how many places on the bike there are where you can't fit a socket.

I should also point out the five Irwin Bolt-grip sockets above those. They work absolute wonders with rounded off heads.
