 |
|
Hi all
What is considered to be running in?
ive been taking it easy on my newly fixed bike. 5000 revs max for now.
But what should you do? and for how long? to safely run in a new engine (or my recently repaired one ) ____________________ Thanks

I would guess its radically different with a 2-stroke but a new Kwak 636 has a running in time of 600miles and as said before keep the revs low and just generally be kind |

I was told (from the oracle) First
350miles ------- 5000Rpm MAX
+70miles ------- 6
+70 ------------- 7
+70 ------------- 8
+70 ------------- 9
+70 ------------- 10
AH Perfectly run in at 700Miles
