I have just fitted a doppler 70cc kit on my gilera runner sp 50 (2006 model) and it boggs alot when i open the throttle.

could any one give me an idea of what size jet i would need plese i would be very greatful regards Tom.

The bike has a size 58 in before i put the kit onto it.

So, you've fitted a 70 kit and haven't up-jetted? Im surprised it hasn't seized yet.

You need to go up 12-14% when you fit a big bore kit, and a bit more if you have a non standard exhaust, air filter etc.

If you had searched before posting (Please do next time) You would have found one of the other 80 billion threads about this. Im tired of answering this question every 3 days Evil or Very Mad

The gillera runner uses almost the same piaggio engine as the NRG, GP1, DNA etc. etc.

A 92 jet is WAY too high. If you cant work it out yourself then take it too a garage and get them too do it.

Right, I ranted on the last one, and I'll rant on this one.
Every time I see this topic come up (Daily) I get more and more wound up!
First of all, lets be honest, who has an interest in tuned mopeds apart from 16/17 year olds? (Apart from me)
you're on a "Bike chat forums" and the general community here has never done jet swaps on a scooter carb, let alone on the same scooter as you... and to narrow it down even more, how many people do you think have the exact same set-up as you?
This is what I recommend to everyone who asks this question... get a new plug, get it running, warm it up for a few mins (By riding it around, not idling, but dont thrash it either) then take it on a long straight, full throttle for about 30 seconds or so and WHILE you're going full throttle, turn the bike off at the key.
Now take your spark plug out and have a look at it. if you can, take a picture of it. You're after a light tan colour. If it's sooty and black, it's too rich, use a smaller jet. If it's white or very pale, it's running too lean, use a bigger jet.
