Have you checked to see what voltage your have across the terminals to ensure that the battery has a chance to charge? If you have good voltage, then I would check to see if the battery is dead.

When the bike is running are you getting 14~v across the terminals?

So the bike starts, runs and you get 13v (healthy) across the terminals. It then drops? Where does it drop it to? It can't drop to 0v else your bike wouldn't run.

Have you replaced the reg/rec?

Why exactly would it not run?

If the voltage across the battery measures 0V, and the battery is wired in the bike, and therefore connected to the output of the reg/rec, which is also the bike's 12V supply rail, then the O/P of the reg/rec must also be zero.

If there is no battery or reg/rec output, then what's driving all the electrics?

Except that a Senda will run without either connected. Laughing
