1999 SUZUKI TL1000S

30,000 MILES

FITTED WITH COMPLETE 2008 R1 FRONT END AND 2008 R1 REAR SHOCK ABSORBER WITH MODIFIED MOUNT

2008 R1 FORKS

2008 R1 6 POT RADIAL CALIPERS

2008 R1 FRONT WHEEL

2008 R1 DISCS

2008 R1 BREMBO RADIAL MASTER CYLINDER

PAZZO 'STYLE' ADJUSTABLE SHORTY LEVERS

RENTHAL GREY GRIPS

2008 R1 SHOCK ABSORBER WITH FABRICATED SHOCK MOUNT (SOLID)

2008 R1 REAR WHEEL

SCORPION RACE CANS

STANDARD CANS (DAMAGED BUT FINE FOR MOT OR QUIET TRACK DAYS)

SEAT HUMP & REAR SEAT PAD

ALMOST NEW MICHELIN PILOT POWER'S

CRASH BUNGS

THE BIKE IS CURRENTLY SORN'D AND HAS NO MOT BUT I KNOW WILL FLY THROUGH AND WHEN I HAVE 5 MINUTES WILL GET IT DONE

THERE A COUPLE OF MARKS TO THE LEFT HAND SIDE OF FAIRING WHICH I HAVE TRIED TO SHOW IN THE PICS

TACHOMETER HAS A CRACK BUT DOES NOT AFFECT OPERATION

BLACK PAINT FINISH IS FLAKING OFF THE CRANK CASES

THE MUDGUARD HAS AQUIRED A CRACK SINCE THE CONVERSION

I BELIEVE THIS IS ONLY COMMENSURATE WITH A BIKE OF THIS AGE AND MILEAGE BUT FEEL I SHOULD POINT IT OUT NOW RATHER THAN LATER

THE SUSPENSION AND WHEEL MODS TRULY TRANSFORM THE WAY THIS BIKE RIDES. I HAVE ANOTHER THAT I RACE BUT HAS 2008 GSXR FRONT END AND THIS ONE I BELIEVE IS EVEN BETTER. IT TURNS AND STOPS LIKE A MUCH MORE MODERN BIKE, THE LIGHTER WEIGHT WHEELS NO DOUBT CONTRIBUTING TO THE IMPROVED TURNING SPEED AND THE 6 POT CALIPERS OFFERING AWESOME STOPPING POWER. THE BIKE SOUNDS SUPERB ON THE RACE CANS AND IS PLENTY QUICK ENOUGH. THIS WAS, AT THE TIME, THE MOST POWERFUL V TWIN PRODUCTION BIKE ENGINE ON THE MARKET.
