Unlucky, at least you now know what you have to work on.

Good luck for next time.

I could say all the best drivers pass their test second time round...

But as I passed both my tests first time, I wont. Razz Wink

Good luck with the next attempt.

2 things to be a lesson to all of you!

1) DONT WEAR TRAINERS (MY FOOT SLIPPED ON THE REAR BRAKE PEDAL BREIFLY CAUSING A SERIOUS FAULT)

2) IF A CAR TRIES TOO EXIT A ROUNDABOUT INTO WHERE YOU ARE SLOW DOWN, DONT MAINTAIN YOUR SPEED (dangerous fault)

as soon as the examiner said "watch him on your right..." that was it i knew for a fact (on the way back too the test center too)

but everything else but my emergancy stop was good...

ah well my own fault and i have allready paid for another test!

those were the faults

Wearing trainers for your test is going to get you off to a bad start before you even get on the bike. The instructor is going to look at that and think "This guy better be good if he thinks he is safe enough on the bike to ride it in trainers.".

He shouldn't, but he will.

Unlucky Tom Sad better luck next time. In the mean time cheer yourself up by getting some new boots. I have size 13 feet and you can get Sidi Vertebra 2's in size 13, but only in Black. They are great boots.

Dave

You know what they say about people with big feet? ............. big socks Mr. Green

I have size 13 (14 with trainers) feet, and I have a pair of Sidi Rain's in size 13.5, picked them up at the NEC in November.

I'd just like to point out about the people saying wearing trainers is a bad idea.
I don't know about dodsi but a good pair of running trainers gives me much better control then bike boots. I can feel the gear lever precisely and bike boots being big and chunky seem to get caught on the footrest when I lift my leg up while moving off.

Not the case for all people but personally I find trainers much more comfortable and gives me better control, albeit at the trade off of protection.
