Just used the bike insurer website, was with CIA insurance the best quote.

Hey,

I hope you enjoy the bike, although I will say buying a bike without first checking insurance is a massive no-no. For all you know you could roll the bike onto your driveway, walk in to insure it and no-one will touch you or they'll ask silly money. For the sake of spending 5 minutes plugging in details, why not check it?

I hope it goes well for you, I can't see any rust on the fork stanchions but make sure you give it a proper looking over before you make the swap and just because he's there with the bike doesn't mean you have to swap for it, if it's not quite to your liking, turn him away.

As Pauli says check insurance first, with insurance like it is at the moment, you could have the potential for a bit of a pisstake in price, and for the sake of 10 minutes work it is worth it, or you could be stuck with a hunk of metal that you can't ride
