Yep, I'm 45y/o, Evel was nothing short of a real life Superman when I was 10y/o.

Funnily enough he was big on bike safety, always campaigning for people to wear helmets. In his only movie 'Viva Knevil' there's a scene where a kiddie falls off a bike trying to wheelie, and Evel has a right go at him about how stupid and dangerous that stuff is, a nice little subliminal message to all us little 10y/o would be Knevils in the cinema. I wish he was still around today, he could have made a great safety video to show to 16y/o CBT candidates.

I wonder if I could hire a set of Knevil 'Wembly Stadium Jump' leathers & helmet from somewhere? Be hilarious to turn up at work on my scooter dressed like that!

Well its got two wheels and an engine. When I get round to doing the DAS I'll swap it for a Street Triple.
