Hi guys.

My numberplate bulb blew recently on the ZZR so I replaced it with another bulb that I bought form A1 motors. I think it's just a standard car bulb.

This has now blown in the space of a few days and I believe the reason it has blown is because of vibrations. It could also possibly be the quality of the bulb.

Now I have heard people mention that there are motorcycle specific bulbs to counter the extra vibration. Maybe that was my issue.

This here is the style of bulb my numberplate fitting takes:

What I am looking for is a recommendation on what brand of bulb, or a link as to where to buy a good quality bulb.

Thanks for any help. Thumbs Up

I had the exact same problem as you a couple of years ago with them bulbs blowing every other week. Replaced it with a 4 LED bulb and havent had a problem since.
