Charge battery, clean plug and try using easy start spray.

clean the carb could be full of varnish from the petrol sitting in it for so long the holes in the idle jet are very small and dont take a lot to block Thumbs Up

Thanks for the really helpful advice ,l have looked at youtube & saw some carbs been cleaned, so took mine apart and the wall were indeed covered in yellow ;however of the 2 pilot holed piston jets all the holes are really clean ,except the idle 1 l think it is; l cant get a narrow bit of wire through it.
The ones on youtube were see through;l'm wondering if its meant to be that way or should l drill it ;Any thoughts ?

Don't stick wire down it and definitely don't drill it.

Have you tried carb cleaner or blowing it through with compressed air?

This. They're very easy to damage so get some carb cleaner in it definitely (about a £6 from Halfords)

The thinnest wire ,l could get through it is wire brush (single strand) ,which is very thin and sturdy & dosnt bend for the most part .
I got it most of the way in but ,its definetly blocked around the top bit has it feels rubbery & theres no way l can see that they make rubber parts that small .l'll put it in vinegar overnight,as l dont have coke & see how it goes Confused
