I noticed the 750 and the 400 share the same part number for the standard throttle.
Would the QAT fit the 400?

you'd have to assume so,

i'd say kawasaki would use the same part in loads of different bikes,
ive never found the need for a quick action throttle myself, not even when i owned a zxr400,
