This may sound like a really stupid question, but I just wanted to make sure, my engine seems to have a lot of crap on it and I wanted to just blast it off, but thought it wise to ask you guys first whether you've done it before?

I just want to make sure there are no holes or anything that water could get into.

Thanks in advance!

Yes, blast it off but try to avoid directly blasting electrics. If your bike is water cooled try not to blast the radiator as it will bend the fins and reduce the cooling. You might also need to pull the plug caps and spray with WD40.

Blasting the Rad is okay, as long as you are square on with it. Ie the water is directly in line with the fins.
