This is just to say a big thankyou to all the bikers out in Cumbria. Whenever i see anybody on a bike on my way to school or to work, there's always a nod of the head or a flick of the hand to say hello. No matter what the weathers like, how awful the traffic, theres always a friendly face Smile Even when you pull off from the garage and slam the horn on instead of knocking off the indicators, they never laugh. So thank you to all you bike nuts in west cumbria especially who realise that learners are bikers too, and we need encouraged. CHEERS GUYS AND WELL DONE Very Happy Thumbs Up

Bikers nod to each other? That's the first I've heard of it. Is this common? Should I be doing it? Someone should start a thread about that!

Is it the rain, or are you crying? "All those memories will be lost, like tears in the rain." Laughing

The best one is when you go past about 3 or 4 bikers in a row, I ask myself: Do I nod, how many times, or do I just wave?
