for those that don't know I decided to jack in work and get back to music
tonight I spent a night in a studio and accomplished nothing
only to come home to end up in a jam with my son after a smoke
he played some stuff
volume is shit but as its from a mobile not bad

Nice. We played the Bocelli/Brightman version of that when myself & mrsgixer got hitched.
A lot of people thought it was an odd choice for a wedding, saying goodbye and all that, but, my understanding of it is that it's about saying goodbye to the lonliness of their old lives and starting a new one together, sharing new experiences etc:

lets just say I'm happier than I've been for a while
I'm getting to jam 3 - 4 nights a week and practising every other day learning new songs
and getting to see my family a lot more and have nights like that
