Well I finally got it.
My new Street Triple, I test rode one last week and it scared the shit out of me, in a good way! from the mad acceleration to the accidental wheelie I pulled overtaking (was in no way prepared for how quickly this thing wants to lift the front wheel)
You know those cool looking wheelies where its all controlled and the front goes up and down all graceful... this wasn't that, gave it too much throttle front shot up, I shat, knees and elbows went all over the place tapped the back break and the front came crashing down and smashed my balls against the tank....

But I got used to it after that and loved it. so I picked it up today in grey with all the extras I wanted.

Bellypan, fly screen, rear hugger and a few others. Im tempted by bar ends at the moment but not sure yet.

So here are some pics

Went out for a quick hoon on it tonight ended up staying out for an hour and half, about 45 mins from home it started pissing down tho, but theres nothing that can be done about that.

Nice! I got a bargain last year - fantastic value for money, it's identical from what I see. Are you planning on getting some cans? I was toying with the idea but the standard ones have grown on me, especially after removing the pillion pegs.

Yeah I will be looking into cans in the next few months, give my wallet time to recover a bit first :p and to be honest it sounds great as it is when I give it some beans for a snappy overtake!

I'm enjoying the hell out of it, it’s still way out of my league at the moment I definitely run out of ability way before the bike even begins to get its grove on but I’m looking forward to practicing Razz

Looks awesome. Ditch the pillion gubbins, whack on a set of Arrow cans and some sticky tyres, get the suspension set up then you have a proper weapon.

Enjoy!

Looks lovely mate. I'd love the opportunity to have a go on one of those.

All I will say is get some R&G's. For £60 I think it's the best extra you can buy for a bike like that.

Nice bike mate Thumbs Up
If you want to keep the looks with the cans and are on a budget, get some TORS cans. I paid £110 brand new from Triumph for the pair and they sound really good on my Speed so should sound the same on yours.
Get some bar end mirrors too Laughing

Think I woke up the whole damn street yesterday when I accidentally set the alarm off, but at least I know my alarm is good and loud.
