i rode my bike through the rain we had on saturday (bout 100 miles) and the next time i got on it the indicators didnt want to work :/

as i pushed the button, absolutely nothing happens. all other lights/electrical bits are ok, is it possible some water got into just the indicator circuit?

any ideas?

tia.

pretty sure it's not the bulbs, when i press the button the lights on the dash don't come on either. if it was, tha'll be 6 bulbs.... all at the same time! unlikely methinks.

Surprised it took that long for the simple answer.

Check the fuse. the GPZ uses a 10a fuse for the indicators IIRC.

If that doesn't work, relay is your next stop. my GPZ's indicators failed, and it turned out to be the relay.

try sitting on the pillion part of the seat when you're turning the key to unlock it. If there's anything stopping it from turning get that sorted once you've got the seat off Thumbs Up

That, or just take the side panel off. one bolt, pop the lug on the front out of the tank and slide it back, and then you can get in from the side Thumbs Up
