Hello all

My FZ750 only has a sidestand and I need to get the wheels off the floor to check the bearings.

I'm not too keen jacking it up on the exhausts, so does anyone have any suggestions on how to jack up a bike that doesnt have a centre stand ?

Thanks
Stu Very Happy

either the easy option and get a pair of paddock stands:

although I prefer the ones that use bobbins rather than swingarm cups.

or tilt the bike on the stand towards you and the front will lift, then chock it up with a bit of wood, check the front then do the same for the rear. Will require too peeps to do safely.

Or just jack it up on the down pipes then put chocks under the footpeg hangers or somit and then drop the jack down to take the weight off the zorst down pipes

or just jack it on the pipes, check the bearings then drop it down straight after Very Happy
