Hiya

I'm new to the forum so i'm hoping this is in the right section Smile

Anyway, I already have a helmet but I've taken on a little overtime at the precision engineering company where I work and should have a little extra money near the end of the week so I figured seeing as my other helmet is rather old (used to be dad's) and also has an illegally tinted visor (there is a clear one around somewhere) I'd like to buy a new one:

I'd like to try and buy one of the helmets with the built in sun visors behind the shield I was looking to spend somewhere in the region of £50 as I've seen a few about for around that mark, I'd love to have it in plain red or black, if anyone has one can you let me know what it is and what is's like etc?

Cheers
Sean Smile

I had a Caberg Trip in black, they're pretty decent. Slightly out of your price range though I think... I believe I got mine for about £100? Was a flip face helmet with built in sun visor. Might get me another one.

I have a Duchinni D419 which is similar to your description - built in sun visor etc...

Relatively cheap, well fitting (for me), used daily, and never really had any problem with it in 6+ months of daily use Thumbs Up

I could possibly afford the £100 if i saved a little, maybe just stop eating or something and drink cheap red bull instead, though i'll look out for one?

Dazbo666: roughly how much is the D419? Certainly looks nice, cheers Smile

I should be heading over to the BMF in September to pick up some cheap gear so hopefully i can collect up some names of helmets and variants now, to look out for when i'm there Smile

Cheers Guys
