Hi all,

I've a Mondeo 2.0 TDDI which is due an oil and filter change, but I've no manual for the car and unsure what viscosity oil to use. I know Fords can be fussy about which oil they use else stuff gets blocked, my Cougar had to have 5w-30 oil.

Google isn't helping for once.

5/30 fully synthetic seems to be the general idea. You say google didnt work? All those are on the first page for searching Mondeo 2.0 TDDI recomended oil

Bah, thank you. I searched for "ford mondeo tddi oil" and the like, which lists pages asking about the oil filter, pages selling oil filters and oil filters housing.

Thank you for the search engine tips. I'll try find some for the TDDI and not TDCI as you listed.
