What tyre pressures do you run?

I know I use the completely wrong pressures in my tyres

Just trying to get it right, the mix between grip and tyre wear.

So what pressures are you running and what sort of tyres? (Road tyres, MX tyres, a mix between the two or trail)

Manual says use 36/36 solo
I use 38/42 on the current tyres.

No idea why, feels more responsive and handles brilliantly like that.

I run 14psi front and rear for all dirt duty.....knobbly tyres.....you'll be needing rimlocks though....

Haynes say 18 psi front and 25 psi rear, so I just go by what that says.

34 36. FR Manufacturer reccomends 36 38 but the tyres I'm using have a stiffer sidewall than the OE Dunlops.

on a slightly different note, my metzeler M5's are squaring off near the limit after 2400miles... would running it at 39psi for the past 2 months make any difference?

Shit, Im running lower than I thought!

I was running about 14 in the front for ages cos any higher and it seemed to run away from me. I put it up to about 20. It wore really quickly though

Just renewed my front for the mot and he put 28 in and said you may want to change it, I was like what . However, it feels more responsive so I'm gonna whack the back up to ~30 tomorrow.

Is that too high for trail/enduro tyres? Well my front is a Pirelli MT60 IIRC and the rear is some shitty budget enduroish tyre... Golden boy if anyone has heard of it They are known by a few people around here to be shocking but is 30ish too high?

I tried 10 66 but it was a bit of a battle.

I cut a hole in my tire and got a bunch of mcdonalds straws that reaches to my mouth.

I also have a gauge on my dashboard and as I ride along I adjust the pressure for optimum performance.
