150 mile round trip on the YZF450 on Sat

After such a slow day Saturday (Slept on the sofa all afternoon), I thought I best make something of my Sunday before another grueling 5 days at work.

So I bolted the pillion pegs up to the YZF, wound the shock up nice and tight, got my leathers on, Rox chucked her MX gear on, and we headed out without any real idea on destination.

I left mine at about 1.30pm (Late start I know), and headed straight for the country lanes of Boxley.
From here, it lead us all the way through Maidstone, and onto the infamous A20.

We rode the A20 right down through Ashford, crossing over the M20 at the Stop24 Services, and then round into Folkestone via the A20, and through Hythe.

I stopped in at National Tyres, it was rude not to, as I used to work there.
Then we headed from there, to the Dover Docks where we popped into Fergie's cafe for a nice cuppa tea and some cake.

From here, we headed up towards the Dover castle, via some fecking epic roads!

After a quick stop off here, we headed up towards the "White Cliffs"
The road came to a carpark, and then I just pushed the YZF along the footpath to the cliff edge.

On the way home, I stopped in at Maccy D's in Folkestone, Met up with Fergie again, he was on the back of B6 with a mate, and another mate on an ER6.
Went for a quick hoon with them, they were no match for the YZF450, Even two's up we were slaying both bikes.

On subject of my trip. I cant beleive how "open" the White Cliff walk is. You can literally stroll along the cliff edge.

Tell ya, if I ever get diagnosed with something terminal, and relatively short term, I'll be going off the edge of that on whatever mode of transport I can get my hands on.
