i have a cylinder on my bike that is marked 2hg00 y-1. the head has y-1 on it aswell.

i bought a new cylinder says 2hg00 y-2 on it. can i put my y-1 head on y-2 cylinder????

what does y-1,y-2 even mean??

Less than 15 seconds of typing in to Google came up with this website which answers your questions completely.
