Beware of this Cnut. I wanted a new rocker cover seal for my CB125, and the one i originally bought was just a bit too big, by a few centimetres.

So i noticed this guy had one for sale.

Now youll notice in the photo, it looks a bit misshapen, and the information is a bit, limited. But i though 100% feedback can't be bad, so ill send him a message.

This gasket will fit the models listed, if you do not accept that my description is accurate then please use a dealer for your purchase, I have better things to do with my time than start measuring gaskets I know to be suitable for the purpose I have stated them to fit.

Sorry, Im not knocking your item mate, its just that some gaskets that state TDC dont fit all TDC models, as the gaskets can be a bit ill fitting, i just wanted to know if yours were closer to the ones my bike needs then the ones david silver sells. I didn't ask you to measure them, just perhaps if they were on the packet you could of told me them.

Alas, i still take it in good faith they may fit, so i will more then likely buy them in time. But perhaps for the sake of business, don't bite the head off people who ask a simple question.

When I need advice on how to run my business I will ask a business advisor. As it happens the feedback on here shows exactly how I run my business and ebay is a very small part of that business yet takes up a lot of time and when I get stupid and unneccessary questions then I will treat those asking how I see fit. I also then block those people from bidding as they always turn out to be a nightmare to deal with. If I say an item is suitbale for something then it is. I don't know where you get your info from but every CB125TDC model uses the same gaskets, a minor detail I have just confirmed on the Honda microfiches. Now go and botheer someone else.

Cheer up, Why are you getting so up bloody tight? All i wanted to know is the size of the gasket. Yes Honda may say all TDC gaskets will fit TDC bikes. But when it comes down to it , they actually don't because of the nature of the bike, they are often a little bit small or a little bit big.

i sell alot of parts on ebay and have to admit i get alot of can you measure this that n the other and to be honist 9out of 10 times i never get a sale from it, it really does wind me up some of the questions i get but im always polite and always supplie measurements even tho im somtime secreatly thinking its not worth my time for a £5 item but hey buisness is buisness

As above, DSRs mean he has to take the item back no matter what the reason. As it is mail order you cannot inspect it first, DSR come as part of being an online seller.

From things I've sold on eBay, I would gladly answer all people with dignity and be very polite.

Hell, when I was selling my CG125, I had a guy offer me DVDs, a laptop and £400 cash because he wasn't being paid for another week ahaha I just politely told him that he could make an offer once he's been paid, if the bike didn't sell.

I believe that I always treat people fairly and honestly, whether they're spending £5 with me or £5000 with me...money is money

I hope that he is £5 short of his rent this month and so they just rack up bills and it ends up costing him a lot more but I'm not cruel...
