SM wheels..

So, I have an Urban DZ125 and was looking to swap the original off/on road/enduro wheels for some Supermoto ones. I was looking for absolutely ages and then came across a Chinese motorcycle parts website which is a gem for parts. The Supermoto wheels are from a Lexmoto LSM125 and are £78 each.

Now, I don't know a hell of a lot about sizes, diameters or offsets. So I was wondering would anyone be able to shed any light on something for me..

R/H Hub Outer: 126mm
R/H Hub Inner: 110mm
L/H Hub Inner: 57mm

Would these fit? Or am I being THAT stupid? I know that the Urban DZ has a rear drum, and the SM wheels are disc, but I can overcome that problem. Thanks in advance.
