May be a hard thing to explain but if possible from any commuters out there could try to explain what sort of handling difficulties you could experience from a squaring off rear tyres.

Basically my problem is my rear is slightly starting to square off and occasionaly i get a weird feeing that my rear wheel is sort of trying to go in a different direction, its only very slight and doesnt feel dangerous or anything.

cheers

The tyre is a metzeller tyre , personally iv never heard of them but have been told they are good tyres?

I aslo thought of the wheel alignment but wouldnt it do it all the time if that was out as its only occasionaly like say if i hit some uneven road or inperfections on the road (forgot to say that all this occurs on the motorway),
I have been checking the alignment using the markers on the chain adjusters only, is there another way thats easy.

Could anyone reccomend a set of tyres for a suzuki bandit400 1993 as the front is a dunlop which aint too great on tread and rear is the metzeller which are both pretty old now i think as the bike has not done a great deal of miles

Sorry for all the questions but i do an awful lot of miles on this bike to get to work and rely heavily on it.
cheers
