Bored of big bikes. Licence losing, heavyweight beasts are ok, but nothing keys you in like a pared down screaming mini machine. This thing sounds Drooling Drooling at 19,000 rpm.

22,000 miles, 1990 MC22, custom paintjob (very nicely finished I must say) rides like a dream and motor is a peach. All it needs is the downpipe welding in a couple of spots and a new coat of VHT paint putting on it and she'll be a minter. Picked up for £1,250 out the door.

Excellent. 19k rpm from a 20 year old bike is very impressive. Gear or chain driven cams?

Pretty sure it is an uprated version of the Hornet 250, so gear driven cams. They sound amazing at fully chat.

Hi

That looks really nice. I prefer stock paint jobs, but that custom job manages to look very good.

They appeal to me as well, just for the silly rpm.

Think you got a bargain.

All the best

Keith

Enjoy hunting corners with that thing! Any sensible 250 4 stroker will know to keep the needle above 12k! I miss the stratospheric revs which make tunnel blasting absolute fun. I had a full DIC system on my old ZXR250 which made it sound like the clappers!

Very nice, so... when you gonna let me have a go? Wink

Really want one, or to at least ride one. Love the silly high red line.
