I have just put my beloved GSXR750M on the 'Bay'. Anybody know how much it likely to be worth? I've seen dogs go for 1k and dealers selling 'shell-suit' GSXRs for 2.5k, but never seen an original one like mine...

Ok, no ideas.

Lets say you were looking for a bike - how much would you be willing to pay for this one? I only ask as I have had texts asking for me to finish the auction and offering me money. The problem I have is that there isn't a book-price for something this old and UMG is no good either...

The 'completed items' function on ebay can be useful here.

This one isn't THAT far from you and didn't get any bids at £1500 despite having less miles.

From that, it would seem that you're not doing bad with a bid and possibly higher offers?

Hard to tell really. Like rare items, they are only worth what someone will pay - and I guess you will find out eventually.

Thanks for that.

I did look at the 'completed' bit before I put mine on, and that other bike looked like it'd been messed with (red wheels etc...).

I guess what will be will be price-wise....

Its called my bikes for sale, how can I draw as much attention to it as possible - I know, lets do the old "how much is it worth" thread because i honestly have no idea how much I want for it because I know nothing about the value of anything - oh but heres a link to to the advert - buy my bike thankyou please Laughing

Don't get me wrong, I am genuinely interested in how much folk think it is worth. If it gets a little publicity along the way then it can't do any harm either...
