I'm assuming you haven't seen the video. It's just an American Police Rider doing an agility course around cones. It's nothing to do with the DSA test in any way. The OP is attempting to be funny with a video that the majority of users have seen already, and the OP has posted it in the wrong section.

I believe that is why he is being 'like that'.

This^
A. It is a repost that everyone has seen, well mostly everyone.
B. It has nothing to do with the DSA test, and if it did, it would still not belong in here, it would belong in the New Bikers section.
C. It is in the wrong section, there is a whole area dedicated to stuff found on the internet like this.

Just posting it up in the wrong section just smacks of being lazy.
