I should have my full licence by late September (I hope) and wondered when bike prices drop? I know the prices tend to rise once you get into summer but when do you think they start to drop?

Been addictively trawling E-Bay and been so tempted by a few I've seen but if I can get a few hundred quid off just by waiting 2 months then that might be the best thing for me.

Thanks for any advice.

not untill mid winter, loads of people ride all year round, and if they don't generally don't mind parking the bike up for a couple of months,

keep saving, some thing will come up for the right price

December is the month for bargains. With Christmas looming, people can get desperate for fast cash. Ebay will most certainly be your friend. Thumbs Up

A few days after you buy one.

Keep an eye on some dealers.

My friend got a brand new bike from Kawasaki for £1 deposit and 0% APR over 3 years.

So he got the comfort of a new bike without worry of past riding / accidents.
3 years without worrying about MOT
1st service free.

A Place to return if he has problems with the bike

Keep looking around on ebay for some odd listings where either the category or description is wrong. I was in a similar situation to you last year and got my Honda well under book on a listing that ended at 3:15am on a Sunday morning......set the alarm and got up to win it for the starting bid price!...moral of story, don't come back in from the Club, hammered on a Saturday night and decide to list your bike!!!!! Very Happy
