Their live chat I THINK (edit - pretty sure) is a real person, but may just be a (very) good Turin machine.

It seems their claim (on their website) that you get 35% off is a bit questionable as they don't actually sell anywhere else.
I could swear that's illegal as far as advertising law goes?
(Edit - however they say they DID sell them in their retail store for that previously.) So border line legality?
