Well right, i am a first time buyer when it comes to buying 2 piece leathers. I've found a pair i like in Hein Gericke book i have, just it's the sizes.
I'm guessing my normal 30" waist is not going to fit when i buy the trousers, and the same for my normal 38" chest. I know it may sound silly but is there like a trend 
So say for my trousers i would go for a 34" instead if you get what i'm saying. so like a 4" rule, kind of like in suits (not leathers) there is a 6" rule. Anyways yeah...

You need to try them on. Go to your local Hein Gericke (or any other bike shop) and try on difference brands and sizes. You need to find the brand and their size which fits you best, they're not all the same. It's a bit like helmets if they don't fit well then it can cause injuries by the armour being pushed into you and sliding if you crash.
Mail order it once you know what leathers and size fit you best if it's cheaper. |
