I get insured with the same company every year, it costs me an extra 10-20% over the cheapest and I can call up and get things sorted without a problem. Sometimes it's worth paying extra for service.

Since you joined this forum, just last week, you have tried to promote your website. You got spam rated to the bollocks for it. I pointed out that your boots were ghastly. The pictures of which you claimed were not the finished product but a mock up from a student, then they were then taken off your website, which you admitted to being still in development. And now you cant even organise your monthly payments on your own insurance.

I'm sorry but from where I'm sitting it doesnt look too good.

Please tell me you dont own said bike image business. I mean if its organised and ran by yourself and you cant even run your own finances god help anyone who gives you any money.

Knew the name rang a distant bell. There is a company called 'Bike image' that is some kind of franchise operation of which I know nothing about. A quick Google suggests it's some kind of clothing franchise.

I dont get slated on this forum much. But then I dont spam or blame others when my finances go wrong. As for my expertise in life. I pay my insurance once a year and never worry about missing a payment and the company cancelling so clearly my expertise is much more organised than yours dear boy.
