Saw an ad of a bike which I liked, but then I saw the sellers were Viva Moto. I closed the page straight away.

Also there is a lot of stuff written about them on this forums. You could use the search button for more info.

Now, maybe you are an innocent user, but that seems unlikely.
(Seems more likely you're an existing user creating a new account and posting from work.)

However, taken innocently;
What I would suggest is that you are very wary of the user dexnero - the forum consensus of the thread which he previously posted on this subject seemed to be that it was in fact him that was being the wally in the situation and that the shop in question acted pretty reasonably.

I'm not attributing good or bad; merely that in this occasion the forum populace seemed to think the shop acted reasonably.

The thread in question has been removed.
It's not helped when people try and use this site to orchestrate witch hunts way before full details are known.

Hmm, that's a shame in a way; I think Viva Moto actually sounded very reasonable and came out of it pretty well.

OP, I've rated you abusive because this isn't a court of law, and I don't require beyond-reasonable-doubt standard of proof that you're the same whiny buyer trying to stealth resurrect your tantrum.

Next time, try not to make it so obvious, or put a bit more work into it, like maybe ask about a specific bike.

Indeed, I'd tend to agree.

The OP of this thread contacted me and further states his 'innocence'.
It's quite possible this IS just a case of very unfortunate timing/wording; however does look rather suspicious.

Make a note to yourself, Martin: Must try harder next time and not make it so obvious.

And if you've described your part-ex as immaculate, though in reality it's a shed, then they won't give you the agreed price for it..........the bounders.

Hey guys

I´m sorry to tell you all butI understand the fruistration of this guy.

I have been badly scammed by vivamoto.co.uk vivamoto in bradford.

They basically scammed me and robben at the same time.

I bought a bike they said was in excellent condition. When it arrived in Sweden i have never got a chock like that. When I started the enginge there was another cold shower. It was broken. European Consumer Centre has been helpful and file a case with evidence, inspection protocol from a authorized Benelli workshop in Sweden.

They refuse to asnwer the letters from ECC and trading standard. When I called them to ask they told to f*k off bascially. Please listen to the recording.

All other documentation can be found on the forum post where I have documented everything.

https://www.benelliforum.com/forum/tnt/13007-enginge-don%B4t-work-newly-bought-bike-help.html

My short version:
https://www.trustpilot.se/review/vivamoto.co.uk

Other peoples experince:
https://www.bikechatforums.com/viewtopic.php?t=153534

https://teessidebikers.proboards.com/thread/23012/viva-moto-bradford-dealings?page=1

https://directory.thesun.co.uk/11951681

There are so many problems with the bike and strange ways they lied and manipulated things it is unbelievable. There is also a lot of people in UK who gets scammed because of different reasons, either not beeing careful and checking the bike or listening to their lies.

Please beware and don´t loose your money like me.
