Easy to build, secure, dry, fire proof. The forces get all the cool stuff!

Pretty cool - although on their website they have a sales enquiry e-mail, and apparently make a 25 sq metres shelter, which is a little smaller than a decent sized 1 car garage Razz so you probably could have one.

That's so cool! Put one in the garden, cover with soil, cover with lawn grass.

Welcome to the Shire.

Hi

Small arms fire much of a problem in your garage?

Nice idea, but for garden use I think I would want something that made better user of floor space, using vertical walls.

All the best

Keith

25 meter is begger than double-garage size. A tenth of that is enough for a bike. I see no reason why they couldn't produce a lightweight version with perhaps a shirink-fit covering to make it pretty.

Same reason they don't build square igloos and mud huts. Domed and arched roofs self-support and are very much stronger.

For some reason that video reminded me of 1984. I half expected Big Brother to pop up on the screen.

I'd buy one if they came in bike size and didn't cost a fortune.

Not really. Garages with corrugated cement panel roofs don't sweat.

Had to send them an email asking if they had plans for a "bike-store" sized version. No plans as yet. Laughing Laughing

Asked the price of the ones they have just now. £14k for the 25m sq one, plus VAT!! Shocked

You never buy the first version anyway, you wait till competitors get involved with similar ideas then the prices drop and you jump in Wink

Would you buy the first 3D tv (modern version) when you could have one half a year on for almost 50% less.

For that price you might as well buy this one

It'd be there for the following year. You'd have to evict some crusties though.
