No stand

Tomorrow I have the bike.

It has no stand since my dad is still repairing it at work. He cut out the bent bit (thanks Slam) today and welded in a new bit, then it showed another weak part.

How the hell to I take it to work, and leave it safely for 9hours with no stand?

Their is alot of other bikes so I realy do want to play domino's with loads of cbr's or what not when I walk away.

Lean it against the wall like a pushbike. but support the front wheels in place so it doesn't turn, lean then fall over.

But I suppose that's kinda risky.

Just lie it on its side when you park it - then it can't fall over.

I use for my CCM for various stuff including parking in town and commuting without a stand. Just find an appropriate wall and make sure it's resting securely.

Only ever put £3 fuel in, turn tap off, lay on floor.

I've done that as my stand is...waaay too upright (sorting tomorrow) found it resting against works wall

Leave it leaning against a lampost with the steering lock on (facing the lampost and lock the frame the the post. That way, it won't fall over and noone will kick it over

Yep back at work. Left this job which i've had for 8weeks, and gone back into fabbing.

Today, I decided to punch the mirror out of place (thanks dad) and lent it up against a pole in the bikeshed, putting the bar between the front brake and handlebar.
It held up alright until I walked away and the wind blew it over.
After that it was leant at a 45deg angle and it managed to stay up.

Got to find a place for it on tues, working on a farm, so hopefully there is something I can find lean it against. Unless my dad has the stand back on then.

Cheers mate. But I will miss the factory though, met some cool people in there.

Turn it upside down and balence it on it's handlebars, like you do to oil the chain.......
